2019-20 Tuition and Account Policies
Registration Fee: $35 per dancer per year
Monthly Tuition: total number of hours per family
|45 min - 1 hour per week||$40/month|
|2 hours per week||$75/month|
|3 hours per week||$105/month|
|4 hours per week||$130/month|
|5 hours per week||$150/month|
|6 hours per week||$165/month|
Extra Savings- 5% discount for yearly tuition payment in full by August 31, 3% discount if paid by September 30.
At the Academy of the Arts we are proud to have an automated payment system for the convenience of our families and for the efficiency of our business. Each family is required to have a credit card or debit card on file upon registration to hold spot in class. Annual registration fee will be due at time of registration. Tuition will be applied to all accounts on the first of the month and is due by the 15th of the month. Families choosing to pay by cash, check, or an alternate credit card must do so by the 15th of each month. Tuition will be charged to card on file on the 16th of each month.

December 7, 2019 at Western Center for Performing Arts
Classes participating in the Christmas Performance will automatically be charged a $75 performance fee in October. Families choosing to pay by cash, check, or an alternate credit card must do so by the 15th of each month. Dancer’s participating in the Christmas performance will continue with rehearsals after Thanksgiving through the Performance. December Tuition will be 50% of monthly tuition and will be charged to CC on file December 16. All performances are optional. If a dancer is unable to be in the performance his/her parent must notify the front desk by October 1st.

Costume & Performance Fees
Costume/performance fees will be applied to the account and paid in 3 equal payments - October, November, and December. Each payment will be automatically charged on the 16th of each of these three months. Families choosing to pay by cash, check, or an alternate credit card must pay by the 15th of each month. No refunds on costume/performance fees. All performances are optional. If a dancer is unable to be in the spring performance his/her parent must notify the front desk by October 1st.

Refer a friend and you and your friend receive $20 off next month’s tuition.
- Your name must be entered on the “How did you hear about the Academy” line on the NEW customer’s registration form
- If multiple names appear on new customer’s registration form, only the first name will be counted.
- Both new and current costumers will receive $20 credit on monthly tuition.
- If tuition is paid in full for the current season, a $20 credit will be added to customer’s account. Credit may be used for additional dance training (ex: private lessons or summer dance camps and intensives)
- You will be notified via email when your credit is applied.
