Kendall Stephens – JDC Assistant Tap Director

Kendall began dancing when she was 3 years old. In the years that she studied at the Academy of the Arts she trained in tap, ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, modern, and gymnastics. She was a member of the Jackson Dance Company for 7 years, and worked at the studio assisting and teaching classes during that time as well.

Kendall graduated from Northwest High School in 2017 and currently attends the University of Michigan as a pre-med student. She has continued dancing at UM by joining RhythM Tap Ensemble.

Kendall loves teaching all ages and styles and feels blessed to be returning to her AOTA dance family to work with the JDC Senior and Teen Tap Companies as well as some of the younger dancers.
